Inkingi Arts Center to a local home kitchen or cooking studio where the experience will take place.
2. Rwandan Cooking Class
Time: 09:15 – 10:45
Enjoy a fully hands-on session where you learn to prepare authentic Rwandan dishes such as:
- Isombe
- Ugali / Kawunga
- Akabenz or Brochettes
- Seasonal vegetables (Dodo, Ibihaza)
Learn traditional cooking techniques and cultural stories behind each dish.
